1. Shipping Within the UAE

• We offer free shipping for all orders delivered within the UAE.
• Standard delivery time is 7 to 10 working days.

2. International Shipping

• For orders shipped outside the UAE, including all other GCC countries and worldwide, we charge a flat rate of 80 AED.
• Standard international delivery time is also 7 to 10 working days.

3. High Seasons and Special Offers
During high seasons or special promotional periods, delivery times may be extended. In such cases, orders may take up to 30 days to be delivered due to high demand.

4. Delivery Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or WhatsApp notification with tracking details so you can monitor the status of your shipment.
